Except for the use of particular features of our service (described below), Advanced Planning Group does not require users to register. It does reserve the right to implement such registration at any time and without notice.

To use certain features of our service, including posting on our message boards or subscribe to our newsletter, we require that you register using the forms for these purposes. Conduct

By using Advanced Planning Group, you agree to the following rules whenever you post material to our message boards or submit information via the Advanced Planning Group forum application.

You may not post material that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, vulgar, threatening, harassing, offensive, hateful, libelous, illegal, or otherwise unacceptable. You may not post material that violates the rights of others, infringes upon copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights, that encourages illegal activity, or that could give rise to civil liability. You may not post any type of advertising or solicitation, including but not limited to promotions, chain letters, pyramid schemes, spam, and investment touts. You may not post any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

We reserve the right to review, edit, and/or remove any material that, in our sole discretion, violates any of the proceeding guidelines. If you fail to comply with these rules, your user name may be cancelled and/or you may be denied access to our services.

You alone are responsible for the content that you post on Advanced Planning Group. By posting any message, transmitting information via the Advanced Planning Group forum application, or submitting a photograph for use in the Advanced Planning Group forum, you grant Advanced Planning Group a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, translate, and/or incorporate in other works in any form or media now known or developed in the future. You also expressly permit Advanced Planning Group to identify you as the contributor of such content.

Advanced Planning Group does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or integrity of content posted by users of its service. You agree that you and bear all risks associated with the use of such content, including any reliance on its accuracy, quality and integrity. Advanced Planning Group is not liable in any way for any user posted content, including but not limited to errors or omissions in any content, or damage or loss of any kind incurred as a result of using any of this content. When you use the service, you may be exposed to content that you find objectionable. While we reserve the right to review, edit and/or remove material, we are under no obligation to do so.

Cancellation

You may request that your message board registration or newsletter subscription information be removed from our records at any time. You may do this by following the instructions included in the message board system or in each newsletter, or by contacting us at http://advancedplanning.org/contact.php.
